He is survived by: his children, Courtney Ward of Madisonville, KY, Kristen Bartlett of Lexington, KY and Joshua Bartlett of Lexington, KY; his siblings, James Bartlett of Lafayette, LA, Kathy Oglesby (Glen) of Bremen, KY, Johnny Bartlett (LeAnne) of Richland, KY and Greg Bartlett (Kathy) of Morton's Gap, KY; and his granddaughter Nadia Cavanaugh.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton (145 E Princeton St, Crofton, KY 42217). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Gish Cemetery.
David specifically listed prior to his passing that he would prefer any memorial contributions left in kindness of his memory be of the giver's choice.
