She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Frey and Almira Frey; her husband Samuel Combs; and her siblings, Stanley Frey, Jr. (Betty), Frances Temperton, Roger Frey and Conrad Frey.

She is survived by : her children, Scott Combs (Carolyn) of Baltimore, OH, Helen Ogles (Clay) of Newark, OH, Janet Sidwell (Jeff) of Frazeysburg, OH, Leslie Combs (Diana) of Crofton, KY, Keith (Christina) of Bellefontaine, OH and Laura Combs of Granville, OH.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and their spouses, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
