She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Hart and Mary Kirkman Hart; her daughter Kristina Ward; and her sisters, Donna Hart and Jeannie Armstrong.

She is survived by: her daughter Jeannie White (Timothy) of Crofton, KY; her sister Elizabeth Smith of Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Emily Benedict, Cody Spann and Carly Mcelheny.
