Shirley touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorris Meacham and Annie Lois Hord Mannahan; her husband Melvin Delaney; her brothers, Richard Meacham and Gale Meacham; her brother-in-law Wayne Cumbee; and her stepfather Otis Earl Mannahan.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Cumbee of Crofton, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dogwood Funerals & Cremations (145 E Princeton St, Crofton, KY 42217). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
