He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Ray Burden; his niece Magen Burden; and his sister-in-law Tammy Burden. He is survived by: his mother Gladys J. Burden; his wife Pauline Riley; his brothers, Jackie R. Burden and Paul L. Burden (Jeri); his nephew Jonathon Burden (Molly); and his nieces, Holly McKeown and Cynthia Burden.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gary Burden Memorial Fund at Hartford Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
