He is survived by: his mother Christine Bailey (Vic Cox) of Greenup, KY; his children, Cody Niblett of Blackoak, IN and Briann Mesman of Florence, KY; his grandson Lucas Dolan of Florence, KY; his brother Gerard Mesman, II (April) of Valparaiso, IN; his stepsiblings, Stacy Ally of Greenup, KY, Serenna Cox of Lucasville, OH and Dakota Cox of Greenup, KY; his aunt Kathy Kitzmiller of Griffith, IN; and his partner's daughter Tina Oest of Highland, IN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, nieces and nephews.
