He is survived by: his parents, David Lindsey and Katherine Kingsbury Steerman Lindsey of Cub Run, KY.; his sister Alix Steerman (Nathan Decker) of Upton, KY; his grandparents, Harold Jerry Steerman and Jane M. Steerman of Louisville, KY; his aunts and uncles, Sarah Adams (Manylon), Courtney Dauenhauer (Brian Ruberg), John Steerman (Jacque Krages) of Louisville, KY and Jerry Barnes of Louisville, KY; his grandmother Connie Dauenhauer of Louisville, KY; his great-aunt Bonnie Allen of Louisville, KY; and his cousins, Corrinna Barnes (Trey Davis) of Louisville, KY, Blaze Barnes of Louisville, KY, Lyndon and Donnie "Chainsaw" Jarboe of Cub Run, KY. He is also survived by several other extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (50 Main St, Munfordville, KY 42765). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
