He was predeceased by: his parents, Bro. Ralph Burba and Estella Brooks Burba; and his siblings, Sylvestor Burba, J. C. Burba, Junior Burba, Dorothy White, Ruby Rich, Rita Burba, Lita Jones, Betty Norway, Gin Gregory and Larry Burba.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Burba of Cub Run, KY; his children, Melissa Taylor (Nathan) of Mammoth Cave, KY and Jeff Burba (Janet) of Mammoth Cave, KY; his grandchildren, Hunter Crook, Heather Gardner and Keely Burba; and his brothers, Kenneth Burba (Rosalie) of Louisville, KY and Harold Burba (Carolyn) of Shepherdsville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and others extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Union Light Missionary Baptist Church.
