She is survived by : her husband Richard "Dickie" Florek; her children, Charlotte Florek-Brown of Clinton, TN, Richard (Angela Florek) and Brad (Chasity Florek); her grandchildren, Madalyn, Kaylee, Myles and Jaycee; and her brother Charles (Sara Blanton).
