She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fields and Arlene Day Fields; her sisters, Janice Pennington and Ola Mae Yates; and her nephew Jeffery Pennington.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Smith of Cumberland; her sister Barbara Fields (Danny) of Cumberland; and her daughter Taylor Pennington of Cumberland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
