He was predeceased by : his parents, James Disney and Alice Maggard Disney; his brothers, Ralph, Clyde, Charles and Jessie Raymond Disney; and his son-in-law Chester Tucker.
He is survived by : his wife Judith Disney of Cumberland; his daughter Donna Gail Disney Tucker (Wayne Taylor) of Morristown, TN; his grandchildren, Amy V. Farley (Matt) of Bardstown, KY and Marcus Tucker of Willisburg, KY; and his great grandchildren, Colby Farley, Caden Farley and Jamison L. Tucker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-laws, other family and friends.
