With sadness, we share the passing of Georgia Faye Cornett Brown of Cumberland, Kentucky. Georgia, born on June 29, 1938, passed away on July 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Cornett and Mary Campbell Cornett; her husband Carlos W Brown Jr.; her daughter Gloria Ann Brown; and her siblings, Jack Dempsey Cornett, Emory Cornett and Bonnie Cornett Ingram.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hernandez (Rolando) of Maryville, TN, Edward Brown of Cumberland, Debra Brown of Cumberland and James Brown of Cumberland; her stepdaughters, Pamela Broockman (Peter) of Maryville, TN and Patricia Shelton (Joseph) of Jefferson County, TN; her siblings, Elmon Cornett of Linefork, KY and Judith Disney of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Daniel Hernandez, David Zomaya, Angela Zomaya Penley, Jillian, Andrew Hopson and Matthew Hopson; her stepgrandchildren, Joseph Jr., Bambi and Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Rose Lynn, Ruby Marie, Dedi, Bonnie, Patrick and Piper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
