He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis Creech of Cumberland; his daughters, Jennifer McNulty (Rex) of Panama City, FL and Tonya Aslinger (Jerry) of Colliers Creek; his grandchildren, Zane Blair (Whitney) of Whitesburg, Braeden McNulty of Waco, TX, Blaine McNulty of Austin, TX and Morgan Blair of Richmond; his stepgrandson Cody Aslinger (Natalie) of Murfreesboro, TN; his great grandchildren, Atlas and Knox Blair; and his siblings, Bill Creech (Charlotte) of Georgetown, Johnny Creech, Joe Creech (Melinda) of Cumberland, Patsy Golden (Butch) of Sterling, VA and Kathy Davis (Ron) of Sunbright, TN.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the TRI City Funeral Home (496 Holly St, Benham, KY 40807). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
