He is survived by: his children, Kim Goins of Cumberland, Willard Coots of Lexington, Sean Coots (Melissa) of Evarts and George Coots of Tazewell, TN; his brother Boyd Coots of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Cody, Seanna, Andrew, Amber, Tyler, Davian, Madelyn, Reed, Stephanie and Michelle; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Western, Colter, Blaykley and Braxton; his daughters, Jennifer Coots Mitler and Destiny Sage; and his grandson Dustin Jones. He is also survived by relatives; and many friends.
