She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Enoch Smith; her parents, Monotie Dixon Payne and Walter Miracle; and her brother-in-law Willard Sturgill. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Dewayne "Wayne" Smith of Cumberland and Susie Gilliam (Jody) of Harlan; her siblings, Shirley Sturgill of Cumberland, Walter, Miracle, Jr. (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL and Joe Payne (Tonja) of London, KY.; her granddaughters, Samantha Fruth (Brandon) and Madelynn Henson (Connor Phipps); her great grandchildren, Riley and Nora Fruth; her stepgranddaughter Kendyl Gilliam; and her close friend Lavonda Dixon.
