She was predeceased by: her parents, David Whitaker and Shirley Caudill Whitaker; and her brother Greg Whitaker. She is survived by: her husband David Fields of Cumberland; her children, Megan Lea Owens (Travis) of Lynch and Jonathan Fields (Alyssa) of Cumberland; her brother Gary Whitaker (DeeDee) of Morristown, TN; her grandchildren, Jaxson Hurt, Blakeleigh Alexsandra Owens, Elliana Owens, Rhett Fields and Ramsi Fields; her niece Stephanie Khoury (Laith); her nephew Jeff Whitaker (Heather); and her pet Luna.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Blair Chapel Church. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
