He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Terry; his stepmothers, Robbie Terry and Anna Terry; his brother-in-law Ron Collins; his aunts, Dottie Ivey and Patsy Slayden; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Sue Featherstone; and his stepsister Christy Wooley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Featherstone Terry; his children, Adam Terry (Heather) of Cunningham and Amber Crittendon (Alan) of Fancy Farm; his grandchildren, Blake Crittendon (Izzy), Aaron Crittendon, Reagan Crittendon of Fancy Farm, Cody Terry, Evan Terry and Brianna Terry of Cunningham; his father Leon Terry; his siblings, Steven Terry (Gina), Beverly Collins of Cunningham and Rhonda Turnbow (Russell) of Cunningham; his uncle Perry Ivey (Sid) of Cunningham; and his stepsiblings, Janice Hayes and Ray Hutchinson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mayfield Creek Baptist Church (5099 US-62, Bardwell, KY 42023). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
