He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude "Ted" Burge and Earsie Burge; his wife Deborah Kinsey Burge; and his sister Debbie Clark. He is survived by: his son Hunter Burge (Courtney) of Cunningham; his grandchildren, Rawli Jo Burge and Rowan Burge; and his sister Joyce Carder (Bobby).
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to UofL Health-Brown Cancer Center.
