He is survived by: his sons, Eric Sams (Marla) of Fancy Farm and Curtis Sams (Sabrina) of Fancy Farm; his siblings, Wanda Sue Hunter (Bill) of St. Charles, Missouri and Gary Sams (Barbara) of Mayfield, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Devin Sams (Misha), Laken Martin (Trey), Abigail Sams, Kinlee Sams and Hudson Sams; and his great grandchildren, Hallie Martin, Reese Martin, Braylor Sams, Brody Sams and Colt Martin.
