He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Collins, Jeff Collins and Chris Collins; his siblings, Neville Collins and Jane Carol Collins DeMarino; his nieces and nephews, Paula Angel, Darrell Collins, Lisa Scudder, Janet Underwood, Jimmy Nelson, Timmy Collins, Gina Cross, Missy Collins, Malcolm Collins and Marta Collins Marcum; his girlfriend Joan Earlywine; and his close friend Kim Hatton. He is also survived by his family, friends.
