She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie B. Leach and Pearl Collins Leach; her husband Thomas C. Stephenson; her siblings, Kenneth B. Leach of Cynthiana and Francis Leach Jarnagin of Fairborn, Ohio; and her nephews, Sean Jarnagin and Everett Charles Skeen (Rita).
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Kenneth R. Leach (Laura), Bruce Jarnagin (Claudia), Terri Trame (Joe) and Brenda Bechtolt (Ralph). She is also survived by sixteen great nieces and nephews; and thirty-two great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested for Bedford Acres Christian Church, 5414 Lexington Road, Paris, KY 40361.
