She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Pugh (Bum) and Effie Abshire Pugh; and her siblings, Carl, Harold Pugh, Essie Pugh, Ruby Moore, Myrtle Varney and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Sonny Corbiere of Pikeville, KY, Doug Corbiere (Sabrina) of Pikeville, KY, Charlotte Hopkins (Phillip) of Stamping Ground, KY, Melissa Chapman (Keith) of Cynthiana, KY and Teresa Corbiere of Greasy Creek; and her grandchildren, Amber Corbiere (Tommy), Levi Corbiere, Sarah Corbiere, Sammy Corbiere, Billy Joe Mitchell (Harley), Keesha Dials (Cody), Stephanie, Mandy Henderson (Jeremy), Jessica Caldwell (Aaron) and Randa Corbiere. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ (19267 Grapevine Rd, Phyllis, KY 41554). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
