He is survived by: his wife Myrna Slade; his children, Steven Slade (Mary Beth) and Shea McCloskey; his stepchildren, Laura Snyder (Lincoln) and Allyson Lewis (Cory); his grandchildren, Callie, Scott, Tyler, Brooke, Sydney, Sloane and Bridger; his great grandchildren, Cash, Mary Martin, Carly Jane, Haynes and Vivien; his sister Patsy Williamson; his stepsiblings, Darryl Tolle, Donna Nagy and Bobbi Campbell; and his aunt Gayle Gardner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
