It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Jo Cummins of Danville, Kentucky, born in Lebanon, Kentucky, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Patricia Fuell Followell; and her grandparents, Walter, Sybil Fuell, Elzie and Kathleen Followell.
She is survived by : her father Foster Ray Followell of Hustonville; her children, Joseph Followell (Cassie) of Liberty and Alexis Padgett (X'Zabian Penix) of Danville; her sister Carol Followell of Bradfordsville; her grandchildren, Brantley, Barrett Followell, Ky'Reeze, Kh'Mani and Za'Laya Penix; and her niece Ashley Easterling.
