He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Marshall and Mabel Dyer Marshall; his parents-in-law, Claude Sr. and Ellis Sallee; his brother Paul Marshall; his brother-in-law Claude Sallee, Jr.; and his nephews, Barry Marshall and Mark Collins.

He is survived by: his spouse Bess 'Bet Sallee Marshall; his son-in-law James 'Chip Roush; and his brothers, Bill Marshall (Elva) and Charles Marshall (Patty). He is also survived by his wife of over 60 years, his daughter and her husband.
