She is survived by: her husband Robert Roger Lackney of Danville; her sons, Dr. Todd Lackney of Danville, KY, Christopher Lackney (Crystal) of Bellows Falls, VT and Dr. Matthew Lackney (Lyndsey) of Cincinnati, OH; her brother Gary Kolinski; her grandchildren, Nickolas (Sidney), Frances, Charlotte, Evelyn, Mary, Camen (Alyssa), Kiernen, Anna Claire and Cameron; her great grandchild Anika; and her daughter-in-law Jill Lackney.
