He was predeceased by : his parents, Anna Belle Farmer and Basil Cole, Sr.; and his brother Ronald Lee Cole. He is survived by : his wife Beulah DeRossett Cole; his daughters, Susan Smith, Linda Anderson, Shirley Whisenant and Janet Cassidy of Danville Kentucky; his sister-in-law Mary Cole; his niece Shannon Cole; and his nephew Brian Cole of Lexington Kentucky. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, one deceased grandson, and 22 great grandchildren.
