She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rhorer and Mary Elizabeth Rhorer; her husband Delbert R. Walters; her grandson James William; and her grandmother Jackie Rose Walters (Todd Gregory Williams).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Ann Walters (Richard F. Clarke) and Mary Lou (William Clarence); her grandchildren, Jennifer Alcala (Pablo), Dee Walters, Roxanne Dian, Elizabeth Dee Williams (Austin Ayotte) and Jonathan Todd Williams; and her great grandchildren, Claire Katherine Alcala and Kennedy Elizabeth Ayotte. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the American Heart Association. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Bettie Walters 's name.
