He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Sullivan and Margaret Lewis Sullivan; his wife Neva Ann Huntsinger Sullivan; and his daughter Myra Sullivan Doyle. He is survived by: his children, Linda Bush (Mike) of Lebanon, Teresa Glenn (Dale) and David Sullivan (Julie); and his sister June Trull. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
