Keith Neal, Jr.; and his siblings, Steven Wayne Penman (Lavon) of Danville, Joel Neal (Rita) of Louisville, Marisa Norman of Waynesburg, Angela Scott of Savannah, Anthony Neal of Stanford, Kentucky and Brenda Logan-Cofer (Charles) of Liberty, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
