She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Broaddus and Lillian Broaddus. She is survived by: her husband David Ballard; her son Mark Ballard (Kim) of Danville; her grandsons, Lane Ballard of Danville and Clay Ballard of Danville; and her close friend Destin Newman.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home (331 S 4th St, Danville, KY 40422). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
