Smith, Harold Smith, Cleo Smith, Shirlie Coleman, Maxine Lane, Murrell Durham, Margie Gifford, Audra Gifford and Edith Gaddis; and her grandchildren, Amy Dorsett, Tara Russell and Brian Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Russell (Dawn) of Garrard County, Diane Dorsett (Herb) and Carolyn Cherry (Harold); and her grandchildren, D. J. Russell, Drew Russell of Lexington, Ginger Lopez (Julio), Traci Paver (Larry), Brittany Russell and Steven Cherry. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
