He was predeceased by: his mother Marietta Worthington Maddox; and his wife Shirley Adams Worthington. He is survived by: his children, William St. Lawrence, Kelly Worthington (Donna) and Colette Worthington Coomer (Kevin Coomer); his grandchildren, Kristen Coomer, Collin Coomer, Sarah Worthington, Meagan Worthington, Jeremy St. Lawrence, Nikki St. Lawrence, Shayna Worthington and Luke Worthington; his nieces, Joann Worthington and Diane Worthington Gibson; and his great-niece Allison Gibson. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church (500 W Main St, Danville, KY 40422). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Crestlawn Cemetery (1879 Lexington Rd, Georgetown, KY 40324).
