He is survived by: his son James Cunningham of Lexington; his grandchildren, Joseph Chase Cunningham (Rhonda), Leslie Marie Cunningham and Carley Nell Cunningham; and his great grandchildren, Aviana Cunningham and Ainslee Cunningham.
