He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Deaton and Barbara Deaton; and his sister Julie Deaton. He is survived by: his wife Betty Deaton; and his siblings, David, Terry Deaton of West Milton and Debra Hensley (Glenn) of Gray, Kentucky.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
