He is survived by: his wife Susan Williams McCammon of Danville, Kentucky; his daughters, Shanna Meyers (Kelly) of Lexington, Erin Patrick (Shawn) of Knoxville and Rebecca Kurk (James) of Danville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Emerson, Delaney Meyers, Fisher, Willow Patrick and Silas Kurk; and his sister Lou Ann Kirkland (Charles) of Maryville, Tennessee..
