He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola Gardner Cody and Enoch Stafford Cody; and his siblings, Janet Cody Matthews (Bob Matthews) and Michael Glenn Cody. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kopp Cody; his sons, John Cody (Susan) and James Cody (Laura); his grandsons, Alex Cody Marx (Will), Jackson Cody, Joshua Cody and Jacob Cody; his sister-in-law Becky Wilson; his nephews, Jason Matthews, Eric Matthews and John Platt; and his great-nephews, Ryder Matthews and Brady Platt.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Association and the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research in Jack's memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Jack Cody 's name.
