He is survived by : his wife Brenda L. Cook; his daughters, Rebecca Douglas (Brandon), Sarah Wofford (Randy) and Amy Cook (Brandon); his grandchildren, Trinity Bradshaw (Manning Belcher), Daniel Bradshaw (Hope), Kaden Douglas, Kennon Douglas, Lucian Wofford, Tesa Wofford (Seth Pike), Leah Griffith, Michael Griffith, Tyler Griffith, Joyrdan Griffith, Trevor Griffith, Tiana Griffith, Trae Griffith and Kashton Cook; his great grandchildren, Linkin Belcher, Rylee Bradshaw, Oakley Pike and Emerson Pike; his sister Carroll Cox; and his pet Ralph.
