She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Montgomery and Maggie Honaker Montgomery; her husband Ralph Cummins; her siblings, Robert Jr., Buford Montgomery (Wanda), Leona, Beulah, Carol Montgomery and Dorothy Jarboe; and her brothers-in-law, Daniel Proffitt, Jim Naylor and Chester Jarboe.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carl Montgomery (Susie) of Stanford, Bernard Montgomery (Carolyn) of Danville, Sue Anderson (Dudley) of Danville and Betty Proffitt of Danville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are preferred to Carpenters Christian Church in Harrodsburg, Gideon's, and Heritage Hospice.
