She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Willoughby and Mable Willoughby; and her siblings, Donnie, Preston and Judy Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Craycraft (Jennifer) of Danville and Kacy Wimberly of Louisville; her fiancé David Midkiff of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Hunter, Carlie, Julie Craycraft, Logan Carrier and Kayla Carrier.
