He is survived by : his wife Patricia Kelley (Allen); his children, Patrick R Kelley of Hendersonville, TN and Erin Jarquin (Horacio) of Alexandria, VA; his granddaughter Briana Kelley of Warsaw, Indiana; his nephews, Scott Schumaker (Dana) of Marion, VA and Joseph Schumaker (Gini) of Gaithersburg, MD.; and his cousins, Merrill of Maine and Rick Kelley of Maine.

“Jim was a great friend and business associate at the Clerk of Superior Court in Maricopa County. He and I have been friends over the years, since he advised the Clerk of Court to hire me in 1986. Over the years we had our weekly conversations over emails ,after leaving the county. We are deeply saddened for your loss. John W. and Patricia L Percival Phoenix, AZ”
