She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Gibson; her sisters, Dorothy Long, Daisy Chance and Patsy Ray; and her parents, Ida Ray and Abner Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Gideon and Barry Gibson (Dianna); her great grandchildren, Chase and Banks Brummett; and her grandchildren, Haley, Sylas, Gracie, Nya Stevens, Tucker, Bryce Gideon and Asher Travis.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Christian Church of Danville and the Humane Society. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Johnetta Gibson 's name.
