He is survived by: his mother Lucille Johnson of Campbellsville; his close friend Jennifer Miller of Danville; his children, Justin Carter (Tara) of Glens Fork, Allen Johnson of Somerset, Jonathan Armstrong (Jennifer) of Florida, Andrea Patterson (Don) of Danville and Markiesha Yocum (Zackary) of Danville; his sister Mary Kay Cox (Jim) of Campbellsville; and his pet Doodle. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
