She was predeceased by: her parents, Fonzo Butler and Carolyn Butler; and her son James E. Pittman, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Anita C. Wood (Charles) of Danville and Karen A. April (Sam) of Danville; her siblings, Sonny Butler (Debbie) and Rosemary Williams (Jerry) of Indiana; and her grandchildren, James E (Pittman III), Dwayne Pittman, Estill McAninch, Eric McAninch and Deanna McAninch. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
