He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harold Jacob Binder and Mildred Haggarty Binder. He is survived by: his wife Jan Shoopman Binder of Danville; his sons, Kirby K. Binder (Amy) of Franklin, TN and Casey P. Binder (Kelly) of Parker, CO; and his grandchildren, Daisy Binder, Oliver Finn Binder, Bailey Binder and Gavin Binder.
