He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Cornish and Ethielyn Cornish. He is survived by: his spouse Terry Qualls Cornish; his children, Lonnie Cornish Jr., Glenda Gingrich (Chad) and Lisa Wagoner (J. T.); and his grandchildren, Trevor Gingrich, Meghan Gingrich, Kerr Riddle, Bret Riddle and LaVanna Riddle. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
