She was predeceased by : her husband Harold Smith; and her parents, Marion White and Flora Belle White (Green). She is survived by : her children, Sallie Slone MD (Greg) of Danville, KY and Malcolm Smith (Dena) of Sandy Hook, KY; her grandchildren, Camden Slone (Holli), Lauren Slone, Kari Hart (Jon) and Miranda Munday (Swope); and her great grandchildren, Weston Slade Hart, Grayson Cole Hart, Elijah Munday and Micah Munday.
