Peggy Johnson Carrier Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Johnson Carrier of Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 28, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Samuel and Bernie Sears Johnson; her grandson Adam Carrier; and her sister Shirley Dawson. She is survived by: her children, Barry Carrier (Patricia) of Danville Kentucky, Crystal Wesley (Ricky) of Highland and Lesa Willmott (Curtis) of Harrodsburg; her grandson Joshua Wesley of Danville; her great grandchildren, Jasmine Wesley and Brittan Taylor-Wesley; and her siblings, Rodney Johnson of Hustonville and Midge Long of McKinney. She is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah Christian Church (8545 KY-1247, Stanford, KY 40484). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery (8545 KY-1247, Stanford, KY 40484).
