He was predeceased by : his father Roy Fowler. He is survived by : his mother Montee Fowler; his girlfriend Jennifer Bryant; his daughter Amanda Coffman (Wayne); his grandsons, Aiden Coffman and Gavin Fowler; and his brothers, Lee Roy Fowler (Katie), Steve Fowler (Sherry), Guy Fowler (Anne) and Dr. Robert "Bobby" Fowler. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (318 W Broadway St, Danville, KY 40422). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
