He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Williams and June Wells Williams; his sister Jacquie Williams; and his sister-in-law Shirley Williams. He is survived by: his children, James Williams (Davan) of Lexington, Bryan Williams (Layla) of Northern Kentucky and Mellissa Williams of Danville; his siblings, Gary Williams of Garrard County and Vickie Petitt (Dave) of Parksville; his grandchildren, Amberly Gale Hayes, Haleigh Miller, Hunter Xavier Gray, Peightyn Grace Williams, Bryson Williams and Jack Lambert Williams; and his great grandchild Octavia Miller.

In lieu of flowers donations are preferred to Danville High School Football.
